Trademarks granted for MK Test range of products

Trademarks press release

The UK Intellectual Property Office has this week granted trademarks to MK Test Systems for a wide range of their systems and software.  The trademarks have been registered under Class 9, which includes test equipment for electronic equipment and apparatus, and automatic measuring instruments, as well as testing software.

The move to register trademarks solidifies MK Test’s commitment to further strengthening their market positioning.  With a solid reputation within the test and measurement sector, MK’s range of products are well known by both their product names as well as the MK brand.

The trademarks include the Automeg, ExLRT and RTS product names as well as MKAT software.

As the business expands its markets to include EV mass transit vehicles and EV battery cell testing, MK’s brand strength and reputation within aerospace, defence and rail is helping to determine its position as leading experts of automatic test equipment (ATE).

Jason Evans, Managing Director said “This is an important step for MK Test Systems.  As our product range grows and we strengthen our marketing activities, each product is being clearly identified as class leading and associated with the MK brand. It is important that we protect that brand and give our customers the confidence that when they specify MK product by name , that is exactly what they get.”
