If you live in Scotland
If you live in Scotland, you cannot make a new claim for PIP but instead can claim adult disability payment (ADP). If you already get PIP and live in Scotland, the Scottish government will transfer you to ADP automatically some time between now and summer 2024. For more information, see our Welfare Rights Bulletin article: Moving to ADP in Scotland.
